Jeon Min-Hee
Jeon Min-hee ( ko, 전민희) is a South Korean fantasy writer. She was born in 1975, on October 22 and graduated Konkuk University. She has received a bachelor's degree in Politics and Diplomacy. Her debut novel, '' The Stone of Days'', part of the Arund Chronicles, was written in 1999. It appeared in a series on Nownuri, and was published by Consonants and Vowels, then republished by Zeu Media. She has also worked on ''Talesweaver'' and '' Children of the Rune''. ''Children of the Rune'' ( Korean: 룬의 아이들) is a Korean novel by Jeon Min-Hee. The novel is set in the same world found in the online video game ''Talesweaver'', but has a different storyline. The world first appeared in a Korean online chatting program, ''4Leaf''. It has two parts; the first is ''Winterer'', and the second is ''Demonic''. The third part is "Blooded". Geography All nations are on a single continent shaped like Australia. The middle of the continent is dominated by a desert named "Mortal Land" (필멸의 땅), literally "a land that when entered guarantees death". To the west is Anomarad, the main area of Talesweaver. The Anomarad area has a milder climate, compared to the northern areas such as Orlanne or Lemme. Before Ganapoly was founded, the whole continent was said to be an endless wasteland. Major Arcana
The Major Arcana are the named or numbered cards in a cartomantic tarot pack, the name being originally given by occultists to the trump cards of a normal tarot pack used for playing card games. There are usually 22 such cards in a standard 78-card pack, typically numbered from 0 to 21 (in card playing packs, there is no 0, the unnumbered card is the Fool). The name is not used by tarot card game players. Prior to the 17th century, tarot cards were solely used for playing games and the Fool and 21 trumps were simply part of a standard card pack used for gaming and gambling. There may have been allegorical and cultural significance attached to them, but beyond that, the trumps originally had no mystical or magical import. ''TalesWeaver'' is a Korean online game created by Softmax. The game plot is based on the Korean novel '' Children of the Rune''. It is currently kept in Nexon. It is a game that has eight episodes and one character unique to ''TalesWeaver'' (compared to 4Leaf, where most of the playable characters came from). TalesWeaver currently has servers in Korea, Taiwan and Japan. A main Chinese server was created but taken down, and set up again in summer 2007 by TianCity. Around 2008, Hangame deployed their own ''TalesWeaver'' server under Nexon as a Japanese server. The game is set in a fictional kingdom called Anomarad.
