Iranian National Museum Of Medical Sciences History
The Iranian National Museum of Medical Sciences History is the first medical museum established in Iran by a joint project between the Iranian Cultural Heritage Organization, the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Iranian Academy of Medical Sciences, and Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Iranian Academy Of Medical Sciences
The Academy of Medical Sciences of Iran ( fa, فرهنگستان علوم پزشکی جمهوری اسلامی ایران) was formally inaugurated in the winter of 1990. It had received its mandate from the High Council of Cultural Revolution and Legislature of the Islamic Republic of Iran two years earlier and its existence had been foreseen in the 1986 Charter of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. Mohammad Beheshti Shirazi ( fa, محمد بهشتی شیرازی; born 28 February 1952) is an Iranian politician, artist and cultural figure who is currently Deputy Head of Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization. He was the first head of Cultural Heritage, Handcrafts and Tourism Organization, being appointed on 2 September 1997 by Mohammad Khatami and held the office until 2 June 2003 when he replaced with Hossein Marashi. Dr Maziar Ashrafian Bonab (MD, MSc, PhD, PGCLTHE) (Persian: مازیار اشرفیان بناب) is an Iranian forensic pathologist and a medical geneticist specialising in forensic and cancer genetics (the use of the DNA markers in the investigation of crime, biological anthropology and cancer genetics) and Forensic Facial Reconstruction.
