Idol (Swedish TV Series)
''Idol'' is a Sweden, Swedish reality-competition talent show broadcast on TV4 (Sweden), TV4. It first appeared in August 2004, and became one of the most popular shows on Swedish television. Part of the Idols (TV series), ''Idols'' franchise, it originated from the reality program ''Pop Idol'' created by British people, British entertainment executive Simon Fuller, which was first aired in 2001 in the United Kingdom. The program seeks to discover the best singer in Sweden through a series of nationwide auditions. The outcomes of the later stages of the competition are determined by public phone voting. The format features three judges who give critiques of the contestants' performances. Since ''Idol'' started in 2004, the show has featured five different line-ups of judges, a total of nine different judges, as well as twelve different presenters (including sidekicks in 2011 and 2013). 576i is a standard-definition television, standard-definition digital video mode, originally used for digitizing analog television in most countries of the world where the utility frequency for electric power distribution is 50 Hz. Tobbe Blom
Tobias Peter "Tobbe" Blom (born 28 September 1975) is a Swedish TV host on TV4 and magician. He is well-known under his stage name Tobbe Trollkarl. Tobbe was the host of Idol 2005 along Johan Wiman and has also done a kids show for morning TV on TV4. In 2007 he danced in the hit show Let's Dance and became first runner up after Martin Lidberg. Tobbe was a judge on the TV4 show '' Talang'' in 2007 and 2008, and hosted seasons 2009 – 2011. Peter Swartling
Peter Swartling (born 18 November 1964) was one of the Swedish judges on the TV talent show ''Idol'' on TV4. He made it clear that he wouldn't participate in the fourth season of ''Idol'' due to him being forced to commute between Sweden and United States, where he currently lives. However, despite this, he remains to be a judge on the show. He is considered to be one of the most successful talent scouts and producers in Swedish music and is behind the breakthrough of artists like Robyn, Petter and Just D. Daniel Breitholtz, born 18 October 1977, is a former A&R-manager at Sony BMG. Together with voice coach Kishti Tomita, manager and talent scout Peter Swartling and producer, musician and disc jockey Claes af Geijerstam he was part of the Idol 2004, Idol 2005, Idol 2006 and Idol 2007 jury. Andreas Carlsson
Andreas Carlsson (; born 3 April 1973) is a Swedish music producer and pop songwriter. Biography Carlsson was part of the Cheiron Studios team until the studio was closed down in 2000. In January 2001, former Cheiron-members Andreas Carlsson, Kristian Lundin and Jake Schulze assumed the lease of the legendary Cheiron studios. Two years later, they launched production-company The Location and publishing-company Location Songs, where writer Savan Kotecha is signed. Sven Anders Bagge (; born 16 January 1968) is a Swedish composer, lyricist, musician and record producer and partner with Peer Åström. The two songwriters / producers are known as Bagge & Peer. Fredrik Kempe (born 29 April 1972) is a Swedish songwriter and opera and pop singer, who was born in Vårgårda. He has participated in Swedish versions of the musicals ''Les Misérables'' and ''Chess''. In 2002, Kempe had a hit with ''Vincerò'', where he mixed opera and Euro disco. Alexander Erik Kronlund (born 10 December 1971 in Bredäng) is a Swedish producer and songwriter. Kronlund co-wrote Meja's million-selling debut album on Sony and co-wrote two songs for Britney Spears' second album, '' Oops!... I Did It Again''. Kronlund co-wrote her hit single, " Lucky", with Max Martin and Rami and also co-wrote "Don’t Go Knockin' on My Door".
