Ivan Kostić ( sr-cyr, Иван Костић; born 24 October 1995) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Cypriot First Division club Omonia Aradippou. Career Timočanin Born in Zaječar, Kostić passed throw through the Radnički Niš youth categories and later started his senior career with Timočanin in the 2013–14 season, making 7 appearances in the Serbian League East. He also continued playing with the club as a bonus player in the next season. In the winter break-off season, he was elected for the best sportsman of Knjaževac in 2014. Playing for Timočanin, Kostić made 40 appearances in the Serbian League East at total between 2013 and 2015. Knjaževac
Knjaževac ( sr-cyr, Књажевац, ) is a town and municipality located in the Zaječar District of the Southern and Eastern Serbia, eastern Serbia. As of 2022, the municipality has a population of 25,341 inhabitants, while the town has 16,350 inhabitants. FK Radnički Svilajnac () is a football club based in Svilajnac, Serbia. They compete in the Serbian League East, the third tier of the national league system. History The club started competing in the newly formed Serbian League Timok in 1995. They finished as runners-up in the NATO bombing-suspended 1998–99 season and gained promotion to the Second League of FR Yugoslavia. The Serbian First League (), referred to as the Mozzart Bet First League for sponsorship reasons, is the second tier in professional Serbia's football league. The league was formed in 2005, following a reshuffle of the second tier Serbo-Montenegrin divisions. It is operated by the Football Association of Serbia. Format The league is usually formed by 16 clubs which play all against one another twice, once at home, once away.
