Itch-E And Scratch-E
Itch-E and Scratch-E are an Australian electronic music group formed in 1991 by Paul Mac (a.k.a. Itch-E, Mace) and Andy Rantzen (a.k.a. Scratch-E, Boo Boo), both playing keyboards and samples. The duo recorded as Boo Boo & Mace! during the late 1990s. At times they have included a third member, Sheriff Lindo (a.k.a. Nutcase), recording under the name Boo-Boo, Mace 'n' Nutcase. In 2001 they disbanded as Mac pursued his solo career. In 2010 the duo reunited as Itch-E and Scratch-E to release new material. Sweetness And Light (Itch-E And Scratch-E Song)
"Sweetness and Light" is a song recorded by Australian electronic music group Itch-E and Scratch-E. The song was released in May 1994 and peaked at number 65 on the ARIA Charts, Australian singles chart. The group have later said they weren't sure if the song was good with Andy Rantzen saying "When we'd finished mixing 'Sweetness and Light' I said 'Hmm, this is a bit disappointing' and Paul replied 'I know, where did we go wrong?' At the ARIA Music Awards of 1995, the song won the inaugural ARIA Award for ARIA Award for Best Dance Release, Best Dance Release. In his acceptance speech, Paul Mac controversially declared "We'd like to thank all of Sydney's ecstasy (drug), ecstasy dealers, without whom this award would not be possible." The ARIA Charts are the main Australian record chart, music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The Scare (band)
The Scare was an Australian punk rock band formed in 2004 by Kiss Reid, Ben Lewis, Samuel Pearton and Liam O'Brien in Brisbane, Queensland. They released their debut EP, ''Masochist Mimes'', in November 2004. Brock Alexander Fitzgerald joined in 2005 and the band released a second EP, ''Vacuum Irony'' in October. Wade Keighran joined later in the year and in 2006 the band relocated to Birmingham. They returned to Australia to record their first album before returning to the UK to tour. Their debut album, ''Chivalry'', was released in 2007. This was followed up by the Daniel Johns produced ''Oozevoodoo'' in September 2009. The Wiggles are an Australian children's music group formed in Sydney in 1991.
