Isidoro Díaz Mejía (born 14 February 1938) is a Mexican former professional Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. Club career Isidoro Díaz played most of his club career for C.D. Guadalajara, Guadalajara, where he won 15 titles, including 7 league titles and the first ever edition of the CONCACAF Champions' Cup in CONCACAF Champions' Cup 1962, 1962. The CONCACAF Champions Cup, formerly known as CONCACAF Champions League (2008–2023), is an international association football competition organized by CONCACAF as its top continental tournament for clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The 1963 CONCACAF Championship was the inaugural edition of the CONCACAF Championship, the top continental football tournament organized by CONCACAF for senior national teams from North America, Central America and the Caribbean. The tournament was held between 23 March to 7 April. It had 9 participating teams. The tournament was hosted by El Salvador in the cities of San Salvador and Santa Ana.
