The Institute of Medicine (IOM) is one of the five technical institutes under Nepal's Tribhuvan University. IOM offers undergraduate, postgraduate and Ph.D. programs. The institute has eight constituent campuses and fifteen affiliated colleges in Nepal. Its central campus is Maharajgunj Medical Campus in Kathmandu. Tribhuvan University (TU; ) is a public university located in Kirtipur, Kathmandu Valley, Kathmandu, Nepal. Established in 1959, TU is the oldest and the largest university in Nepal.
