The Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Rennes (; "Rennes National Institute for Applied Sciences") or INSA Rennes is a ''Grande École d'Ingénieurs'', a School of Engineering, under the authority of the French Ministry of Education and Research. It is located on the Beaulieu campus in the east of Rennes, it is a part of the INSA group, which trains nearly 12% of all French engineers each year. Founded in 1966 to train highly qualified engineers, support continuing education, and conduct research and testing, it is the biggest engineering school in the region of Brittany. The five-year curriculum aims at training engineers who possess humane qualities and are well versed in the primary areas of science and engineering. Violette Dorange (born 17 April 2001) is a French offshore professional sailor. She is an offshore sailor having competed extensively in the Figaro class before progressing to the IMOCA 60. She started sailing at a young age competing at International Level in the International Optimist Class and the International 420 Dinghy. The International Monohull Open Class Association (IMOCA) is the governing body of the IMOCA class. Its main task is to design the class regulations for the ocean racing yachts IMOCA 60 and organising single-handed regattas. It was established in 1991. Armel Le Cléac’h (; born 11 May 1977 in Saint-Pol-de-Léon) is a French professional navigator and sea captain. He was the International Monohull Open Classes Association, IMOCA world champion in 2008 and French champion in single-handed yacht race in 2003. He notably won the Solitaire du Figaro twice (2003 and 2010), the Transat AG2R in 2004 and 2010 and the Single-Handed Trans-Atlantic Race in 2016. Jérémy Roy (born 22 June 1983) is a French former professional road bicycle racer, who competed as a professional between 2003 and 2018, spending his entire career with the team through its various team guises. He was named the most aggressive rider of the 2011 Tour de France after escaping into breakaways on many stages and continuously attacking from inside the breakaway.
