It is composed of eleven villages: Dealu Geoagiului (''Havasgyógy''), Ghioncani, Iliești, Întregalde, Ivăniș, Mărinești, Modolești, Necrilești (''Nekrilesti''), Popești (''Popesti''), Sfârcea (''Szfirecsea'') and Tecșești (''Teksesty'').
