Moose Blood
Moose Blood are an English emo band based in Canterbury, Kent. They formed in 2012 and were previously signed to Hopeless Records. The band released three albums from 2012 to 2018. Moose Blood went on a six-year hiatus before returning in 2024 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut. History Moose Blood formed in August 2012 and published a self-released demo, ''Bukowski Demo (Summer '12)'', in the same month. The group's line-up consisted of Eddy Brewerton on vocals and guitar, Mark E. Osbourne on guitar, Kyle Todd on bass and Glenn Harvey on drums. On 11 February 2013, an EP, '' Moving Home'', was released through Fist in the Air. "Boston" and "Orlando" were released together as a single through Venn Records on 26 April. The band released a split EP with Departures through No Sleep on 12 November. Beau Burchell
Beau Burchell (born December 17, 1978) is an American musician, record producer, and audio engineer from Orange County, California. As a performer, he is best known as the guitarist and backing vocalist in Saosin. He is one of Saosin's founders, and the band's only remaining member who has played with the band through its entire existence. He has previously been a member of Kosmos Express and Open Hand. Burchell also has a prolific reputation as a record producer. He has been credited on over thirty albums of various types of punk rock. He also owns the record label Death Do Us Part. ''Blush'' is the second studio album by British emo band Moose Blood. It is their last release to feature drummer Glenn Harvey before his departure in 2017. Background and recording In April 2014, Moose Blood signed to independent label No Sleep. According to vocalist/guitarist Eddy Brewerton, the band were offered "some amazing tours that were too good to say no to", and as a result all of the members quit their jobs to focus on touring in September and October. While still touring that October, the band released their debut album, ''I'll Keep You in Mind, From Time to Time''. Emo () is a genre of rock music characterized by emotional, often confessional lyrics.
