	Isos Sinasos Isos Sinasos is a characteristic dance of the region and area. Like many other dances from Asia Minor Anatolia, tr, Anadolu Yarımadası), and the Anatolian plateau, also known as Asia Minor, is a large peninsula in Western Asia and the westernmost protrusion of the Asian continent. The steps are the same as Varasos' dance of handkerchiefs and spoons. The women moved to the beat and rhythm through their hands and arms. The emphasis of the dance was always on one leg and waist swings were allowed left and right.
