ICC Awards
The ICC Awards is an International cricket award presented annually by the sport's governing body, ICC. The first awarding ceremony was held on 7 September 2004 in London, England. Between 2009 and 2014 the awards were known as the LG ICC Awards for sponsorship reasons. Virat Kohli holds the record for most awards by an individual with 10 awards, and most appearances in teams with 14 appearances. In Women's section, Ellyse Perry and Smriti Mandhana hold respective records with 6 awards and 9 appearances. Rahul Dravid
Rahul Dravid (; born 11 January 1973) is a former cricket player, ex-captain and ex-coach of the Indian national cricket team. Known for his outstanding batting technique, Dravid scored 24,177 runs in international cricket and is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen in the history of cricket. He is colloquially known as ''Mr. Dependable'' and often referred to as ''The Wall''. International Cricket
International cricket matches are played between the teams representing their nations, administrated by the International Cricket Council. The main forms are Test matches, ODI matches and T20I matches. Most games are played as part of "tours" when one nation travels to another for a number of weeks or months and plays a number of matches of various sorts against the host nation. Michael Clarke (cricketer)
Michael John Clarke (born 2 April 1981) is an Australian former cricketer. He was List of Australia national cricket captains, captain of the Australia national cricket team, Australian cricket team in both Test cricket, Test and One Day International (ODI) between 2011 and 2015, leading Australia to victory in the 2015 Cricket World Cup. Ravi Ashwin
Ravichandran Ashwin (; ) (born 17 September 1986) is an Indian cricketer. He is a right-arm off spin bowler and a lower order batter. Widely regarded as one of the most prolific spinners of all time, he represented the Indian cricket team and was part of the Indian team that won the 2011 Cricket World Cup and the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy, 2013 Champions Trophy. Virender Sehwag (, born 20 October 1978) is a former Indian cricketer who represented India from 1999 to 2013. Gautam Gambhir
Gautam Gambhir (born 14 October 1981) is the Head coach of the Indian cricket team. He is also a former international cricketer, former politician, and philanthropist. He played for India in all formats of the game between 2003 and 2016. He was a member of the 17th Lok Sabha from 2019 to 2024 representing East Delhi constituency from the Bharatiya Janata Party. Dale Willem Steyn (; born 27 June 1983) is a South African former professional cricketer who played for the South African cricket team. He is regarded by many as the greatest bowler of the modern era. Mohammad Yousuf (cricketer)
Mohammad Yousuf PP SI (Punjabi, ; formerly Yousuf Youhana, ; born 27 August 1974) is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer and captain, who played all three formats. Prior to his conversion to Islam, Yousuf was one of the few Christians to play for the Pakistan national cricket team. Yousuf scored 1,788 runs in 2006 which is a world record for most runs scored in a year in tests at an average of almost 100. He was a part of the Pakistan squad which finished as runners-up at the 1999 Cricket World Cup. Jasprit Jasbirsingh Bumrah (; born 6 December 1993) is an Indian cricketer who plays for the national team in all formats of the game and has captained India in Tests and T20Is. Patrick James Cummins (born 8 May 1993) is an Australian international cricketer who captains the Australia men's national cricket team in Test and One Day International cricket. Cummins is widely regarded as one of the finest fast bowlers that Australia has produced.
