"I'm His, He's Mine" is a song by American singer Katy Perry featuring American rapper Doechii, from Perry's seventh studio album ''143'' (2024). It was released as the third single through Capitol Records alongside an accompanying music video on September 13, 2024, and was sent to contemporary hit radio on October 1, 2024 and Italian radio on October 8, 2024. The dance-pop and hip hop song was sampled from American singer Crystal Waters' dance classic " Gypsy Woman" (1991), which received mixed reviews from music critics over the use of the sampled song. Criticism was also aimed at the simplistic lyrics. The UK Singles Downloads Chart is compiled by the Official Charts Company (OCC) on behalf of the music industry. Since July 2015, the chart week runs from Friday to Thursday, with the chart date given as the following Thursday. The main chart contains the Top 200 downloads (which are published in '' UKChartsPlus''), with the top 100 published on the OCC website. The Jingle Bell Ball is a concert held annually in December since 2008 (except for 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic), by the radio station Capital FM at The O2. The Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, also known as the Video Vanguard Award or the Lifetime Achievement Award, is a merit given to recording artists and music video directors at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs), a ceremony that was established in 1984. Medley (music)
In music, a medley is a piece composed from parts of existing pieces played one after another, sometimes overlapping. They are common in popular music, and most medleys are songs rather than instrumentals. A medley which is a remixed series is called a megamix, often done with tracks for a single artist, or for popular songs from a given year or genre. A cover version combining elements of multiple pre-existing songs is a ''cover medley''. A medley is the most common form of overture for musical theatre productions.
