"Haven't You Heard" is a song by American singer-songwriter Patrice Rushen, released in October 1979 as the first single from her fifth album, ''Pizzazz'' (1979). The song was both co-written and co-produced by Rushen, and became her first international hit in 1980. It reached number 42 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100, number five on the ''Billboard'' Disco Top 100 chart and number seven on the ''Billboard'' Hot Soul Singles chart. In the UK, the song peaked at number 62 on the UK Singles Chart. ''Sketches for My Sweetheart the Drunk'' is a compilation album by the American singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley, released by Columbia Records on May 26, 1998, a year after his death. It comprises recordings Buckley made while working on his second album, ''My Sweetheart the Drunk'', with the producer Tom Verlaine in 1996 and 1997. It was released after negotiation with Buckley's mother, the owner of his estate, who feared that Sony was trying to exploit his legacy. It received positive reviews. Recording and release Buckley released his debut album, ''Grace'', in 1994. He began recording his second album with the working title ''My Sweetheart the Drunk'' in late 1996 with the producer Tom Verlaine. Unsatisfied with the results, Buckley discarded the recordings and went to Memphis with his band to start anew. The LBC Crew (Long Beach City Crew) was a hip-hop trio from Long Beach, California. They were the first act to be executively-produced by Snoop Dogg. During their time with Death Row, the LBC Crew recorded a previously unreleased album entitled ''Haven't U Heard...'' which remained unreleased until February 8, 2011 when it was released by WideAwake/Death Row. They had a hit single with the song " Beware of My Crew", from the ''A Thin Line Between Love and Hate'' soundtrack album, which was originally intended to be for their debut album. They played on Snoop Dogg's second album '' Tha Doggfather''. The group disbanded following the collapse of Death Row. Since then, unreleased material from the group emerged on the underground. The LBC Crew remained visible figures in West-Coast hip-hop. Bad Azz released two solo albums under the Doggy Style imprint. Lil C-Style remained part of disorganized Death Row camp.
