Harry Roy Smith (born 18 May 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays as a striker for club Swindon Town. Career Born in Chatham, Smith played youth football for Brentford, Chelsea and Gillingham, before playing non-league football for Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks Town, Sittingbourne and Folkestone Invicta. While at Folkestone Invicta he had trials at Aberdeen, Gillingham, and Millwall, before signing a two-year professional contract with Millwall in August 2016. He made his debut for Millwall on 8 November 2016, scoring twice in an EFL Trophy game against Luton Town. On 12 July 2017, Smith joined League Two side Swindon Town on a season-long loan. On the opening day of the 2017–18 campaign, Smith made his Swindon debut in their 2–1 away victory against Carlisle United, replacing the injured Luke Norris in the 34th minute. Chatham, Kent
Chatham ( ) is a town within the Medway unitary authority in the ceremonial county of Kent, England. The town forms a conurbation with neighbouring towns Gillingham, Rochester, Strood and Rainham. In 2020 it had a population of 80,596. The town developed around Chatham Dockyard and several barracks for the British Army and the Royal Navy, together with 19th-century forts which provided a defensive shield for Chatham Dockyard. The 2015–16 season is the 101st season of the Isthmian League, which is an English Association football, football competition featuring semi-professional and amateur clubs from London, East of England, East and South East England. Also, it is the tenth season for the current incarnations of the Division One North and Division One South. The league constitution was announced on 15 May 2015. The subject of mental health in association football has been described as a "stigma" in the sport, although other professional sports are also affected. Studies suggest that professional footballers may experience higher rates of depression and anxiety compared to the general population. Examples After suffering from depression, former England international George Harrison died by suicide in 1939 at the age of 46. Keshi Stuart Oluyinka Adetokunboh Anderson (born 6 April 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger and striker for club Birmingham City.
