Hannu Väisänen (ice Hockey)
Hannu Pekka Antero Väisänen (born 2 October 1951) is a graphic artist, painter and writer from Finland. He now lives in France, and his work has been shown in numerous European countries. As an artist he is known for his aesthetic eye. Väisänen has written a series of partially autobiographical novels, describing the young boy Antero growing up in a garrison area in a small town in Northern Finland, leaving his home, gradually opening himself up to the world, and becoming an artist. Väisänen received the Finlandia Prize for literature in 2007 for the second novel in the series, ''Other Shoes''. He also won the State Prize for Visual arts in 2008 and the State Price for literature in 2015. Väisänen has lived in France since 1989, and he also holds French citizenship. Hannu, Hennu or Henenu was an Egyptian noble, serving as ''m-r-pr'' "majordomo" to Mentuhotep III in the 20th century BC. He reportedly re-opened the trade routes to Punt and Libya for the Middle Kingdom of Egypt. He was buried in a tomb in Deir el-Bahri, in the Theban Necropolis, which has been catalogued as TT313. He is known from two inscriptions, in Wadi Hammamat no. 114 (ca. 2000 BC) as ''hnw'' and in his Deir el-Bahari tomb as ''hnnw''. It is unclear whether the two inscriptions refer to the same person. William C. Hayes postulated their identity while Herbert Eustis Winlock was hesitant to identify them. James P. Allen considers ''hnw'' a successor of ''hnnw'' as the pharaoh's ''m-r-pr''. is one of Finland's two prominent tabloid-size evening newspapers and the largest paper in the country. Its counterpart and biggest rival is '' Iltalehti''. According to the National Media Research done in 2019, ''Ilta-Sanomat'' is also the biggest digital media in Finland and reaches about 2.5 million Finns.
