Cheryl Lynn (born Lynda Cheryl Smith; March 11, 1957) is an American singer, songwriter and actress. She is best known for her songs during the late 1970s through the mid-1980s, including the 1978 R&B/disco song " Got to Be Real" from her album '' Cheryl Lynn''. Early life and working on stage Cheryl Lynn's singing career began with her church choir when she was a young girl. Erik (British Singer)
Erik (born Erica Harrold) began her career as a session singer for artists such as M People, Tom Jones, Swing Out Sister, Jason Donovan, Vic Reeves and Errol Brown. She was the featured vocalist in the 1991 dance single " Unity", by the group of the same name. It was a club hit and peaked at No. 64 on the UK Singles Chart.
