Lake Goodwin is a former census-designated place (CDP) in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. The population was 3,354 at the 2000 United States Census, 2000 census. The CDP was discontinued at the 2010 United States Census, 2010 census. Goodwin Liu
Goodwin Hon Liu (; born October 19, 1970) is an American jurist who has served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court of California since 2011. Before his appointment by Governor Jerry Brown, he was a professor of law and associate dean at the University of California, Berkeley. As of 2024, Liu is the S. William Green Visiting Professor of Public Law at Harvard Law School. The son of Taiwanese American immigrants, Liu graduated from Stanford University and earned a master's degree from the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. After graduating from Yale Law School, he served as a law clerk to Judge David Tatel and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. On February 24, 2010, President Barack Obama nominated Liu to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Goodwin Fire
The Goodwin Fire was a wildfire that burned in the U.S. state of Arizona over 16 days, from June 24 to July 10, 2017. The fire destroyed 17 homes and damaged another 19 structures, but no firefighters or civilians were injured or died in the fire. Investigators did not determine any particular cause for the fire. The fire was first detected on June 24, 2017, by a two-man fire patrol that spotted smoke in the Bradshaw Mountains near Prescott, Arizona. Benefiting from undisturbed chaparral and high winds, the fire spread rapidly and forced the evacuation of several townships within Yavapai County and the closure of Arizona State Route 69. Goodwin University is a private university in East Hartford, Connecticut, United States. It was founded in 1962 as the Data Institute Business School. It purchased the University of Bridgeport in January 2021. History Goodwin University began as Data Institute Business School in 1962.
