Fuglsø
Fuglsø (Danish for Birds Lake; ) is a minor town in Denmark placed in the national park of Mols, Mols Bjerge. It is mostly visited as a summer house place by people from Germany, Norway and Denmark. The municipality of Fuglsø is Syddjurs Municipality and it lies in the Central Denmark Region Settlement Not many people live in Fuglsø due to it being a summer vacation town, although some also spend the winter holidays there. A few farms such as Sølballegaard lie there, but are now for sale. The Fuglsøcenteret (Fulgsø Center) is the only hotel in Fulgsø. The Fulgsøcenteret used to be a gym owned by DGI, but they sold it in October 2011, however the Fuglsøcenteret still has a lot of sport events. Attractions Many people go to Ebeltoft by day, because of attractions such as Fregatten Jylland, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft and Ree Park – Ebeltoft Safari. Mols
Mols is a small Danish gathering of hilly peninsulas in the southern part of the larger peninsula of Djursland on the east coast of Jutland. The largest peninsulas of Mols comprise Skødshoved to the west, and Helgenæs to the east. Mols' largest town is Ebeltoft, a town on the coast, noted for its historical town centre. Some residents of Mols or Ebeltoft will argue that Ebeltoft is not a town of Mols. The usually accepted compromise is that Ebeltoft is the market town of Mols, although not geographically situated in present-day Mols. Hills in Mols rise to 137 metres, high by Danish standards. Syddjurs Municipality
Syddjurs Municipality () is a municipality ( Danish, '' kommune'') in Region Midtjylland in Denmark just north of Aarhus and is a part of the Aarhus area. Central Denmark Region
The Central Denmark Region (), or more directly translated as the Central Jutland Region and sometimes simply Mid-Jutland, is an administrative region of Denmark established on 1 January 2007 as part of the 2007 Danish municipal reform. The reform abolished the traditional counties (''amter'') and replaced them with five new administrative regions. At the same time, smaller municipalities were merged into larger units, cutting the total number of municipalities from 271 to 98. The reform diminished the power of the regional level dramatically in favour of the local level and the national government in Copenhagen. The Central Denmark Region comprises 19 municipalities. Fregatten Jylland
''Jylland'' is a Danish frigate, and is both a screw-propelled steam frigate and a sailship. It took part in the Battle of Heligoland on 9 May 1864, and is preserved as a museum ship in the small town of Ebeltoft, located on the Djursland peninsula in Denmark. Design She was built for the Royal Danish Navy in 1860 as a sailing frigate with an auxiliar screw-drive steam engine and a wooden hull. Glasmuseet Ebeltoft
Glasmuseet Ebeltoft is a museum in Ebeltoft, Denmark. It is dedicated to the exhibition and collection of contemporary glass art worldwide and also offers public demonstrations and seminars to glass students in its glass-blowing studio. Establishment The museum was founded in 1985 by Danish glass artists Finn Lynggaard and Tchai Munch. It is administered by the private Foundation for the Collection of Contemporary International Studio Glass. The museum makes its home in Ebeltofts's former Customs and Excise House; in 2006 a modern wing was added to the original building. Ree Park – Ebeltoft Safari
Ree Park Safari is a safari park in Ebeltoft, Djursland on the Jutland peninsula, Denmark. The safari park is the home of more than 800 animals of 80 species from 5 continents. This popular tourist attraction offers its guests a comprehensive insight into the life and behaviour of animals from Europe, Africa, North America, South America and Asia.
