Fletcher Holman (born 12 October 2004) is an English footballer who plays for National league side Solihull Moors on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers. Early life Holman attended Bexhill College in East Sussex. Career Holman was released by Brighton and Hove Albion at the age of 14 years-old, prior to signing for Eastbourne Borough. Eastbourne Town Holman signed to Eastbourne Town as a 16 year old. Playing in the Southern Combination Football League, level 9 in the English football league system. Fletcher made his debut as a substitute against Hassocks. Fletcher also appeared in both the under-18 and under-23 teams. Solihull ( ) is a market town and the administrative centre of the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull, in the West Midlands, England. Solihull is situated on the River Blythe in the Forest of Arden area. The town had a population of 126,577 at the 2021 Census, and its wider borough had a population of 216,240. The Football Association Challenge Trophy, also known as the Isuzu FA Trophy for sponsorship reasons, is a men's football knockout cup competition run by and named after The Football Association (the FA) and competed by mainly National League teams. The competition was introduced in 1969. Eligibility rules have changed over time, but from 2008 onwards the competition has been open to clubs playing in Steps 1–4 of the National League System, equivalent to tiers 5–8 of the overall English football league system. The 2022–23 National League season, known as the Vanarama National League for sponsorship reasons, was the eighth season under English football's new title of the National League, the nineteenth season consisting of three divisions, and the forty-fourth season overall. This season saw the expansion of North and South divisions to 24 teams each, a planned increase which was originally scheduled in 2019 to occur ahead of the 2021–22 season. Sussex RUR Cup
The Sussex Royal Ulster Rifles Charity Cup is the original Cup which was presented to the Sussex County FA in 1897 by the Officers and men of the Royal Irish Rifles (subsequently Royal Ulster Rifles). The 1st Battalion Royal Irish Rifles won the Sussex Senior Cup, Brighton Shield, Charity Cup and Vernon Wentworth Cup in 1895–96 and were recognised as ‘Sussex Champions’. The trophy was presented as a permanent memento of their achievement and to raise money for charity. Since its inception in 1896–97, the Sussex (R.U.R) Charity Cup has had many different formats from an end of season invitation competition to its present knockout style. The Sussex Senior Challenge Cup, more commonly known as the Sussex Senior Cup, is an annual association football knockout cup competition for men's football clubs in the English county of Sussex.
