The Filmfare Awards are annual awards that honour artistic and technical excellence in the Indian cinema.Al The Filmfare ceremony is one of the most famous film events in India. The awards were introduced by Filmfare magazine of The Times Group in 1954, the same year as the National Film Awards. They were initially referred to as the "Clare Awards" or "The Clares" after Clare Mendonça, the editor of ''The Times of India'' and modelled after the Academy Awards. Naveen Kumar Gowda (born 8 January 1986), known professionally as Yash, is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Kannada cinema. He is one of the highest paid actors in South Indian cinema. ''Badava Rascal'' is a 2021 Indian Kannada-language action comedy film written and directed by Shankar Guru in his directorial debut and produced by Dhananjay in his first production venture under ''Daali Pictures''. Besides Dhananjay, the film stars Amrutha Iyengar, Rangayana Raghu, Nagabhushan and Tara in other pivotal roles. It was also dubbed and released in Tamil and Telugu on 18 February 2022.
