Single skating, Ladies' single skating at the 1994 Winter Olympics was contested between 23 and 25 February 1994 at the Hamar Olympic Amphitheatre. There were 27 skaters from 16 nations that participated. Oksana Baiul became the first Olympic champion representing the newly-independent Ukraine. Hamar Olympic Amphitheatre
CC Amfi, also known as Nordlyshallen ("The Northern Light Hall"), is an indoor sports arena in Hamar, Norway. It is mostly used for ice hockey and is the home arena of Storhamar Hockey. It has also been used for short track speed skating, figure skating, team handball, handball, events and concerts. Tonya Harding
Tonya Maxene Price (née Harding; born November 12, 1970) is an American former figure skater and boxer, and reality television personality. Born in Portland, Oregon, Harding was raised by her mother, who enrolled her in ice skating lessons when Tonya was 3 years old. Harding spent much of her early life training, eventually dropping out of high school to devote her time to the sport. Lily Lyoonjung Lee (born September 26, 1969) is a Korean-American former competitive figure skater. She represented South Korea at the 1994 Winter Olympics. Personal life Born in Seoul, South Korea, Lily Lee moved to the United States as a child and was raised in Alexandria, Virginia. She holds dual citizenship. Career Lee was coached by Kathy Casey in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Olena Liashenko ( ''Olena Anatoliyivna Liashenko''; born 9 August 1976) is a Ukrainian former competitive figure skater.
