Fiends (album)
Chasing Victory is an American Post-Hardcore band from Camilla, Georgia. Band-history The band was formed in 2001 by vocalist Adam Harrell, guitarist Jason Lowery, drummer Jeremy Lowery, bassist Taylor Sullivan, and guitarist Michael Lamb while they were in high school. They started as a cover band called Bailey Drive, where they started writing songs for their debut EP ''A Not So Tragic Cover Up''. After the release of this EP, they signed with Mono vs. Stereo and released their first full-length album, ''I Call This Abandonment'', in 2005, followed by their second album, ''Fiends'', in 2007. Between March and May 2007, the band went on a US tour with See You Next Tuesday, August Burns Red, and From a Second Story Window. Richard Anthony Jones (born May 13, 1976), better known by his stage name Fiend (or International Jones), is an American rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana. His debut studio album, '' I Won't Be Denied'' (1995), was released by the local record label Big Boy Records, although he signed with its regional competitor, Master P's No Limit Records to release its follow-up, '' There's One in Every Family'' (1998). Background and production Coal Chamber began recording ''Dark Days'' with producer Ross Hogarth at Rumbo Recorders on May 29, 2001. The band finished recording bass and drum tracks by mid-June 2001, after which guitars and vocals were recorded. Brendan O'Hare (born 16 January 1970) is a Scottish multi-instrumentalist musician, primarily known for being the drummer in the rock band Teenage Fanclub from 1989 until early 1994, and a member of and collaborator with Mogwai. Career O'Hare was brought up in Cambuslang, South Lanarkshire and studied at St Aloysius' College, Glasgow.
