The Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo (), also known as the Sarajevo Law School, is one of the leading schools of the University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The school is located in Sarajevo's downtown district next to the Latin Bridge and not far from Baščaršija, the city's historical and cultural center. History The Sarajevo Law School was founded through a legal act on 20 August 1946 and it became the first member of the University of Sarajevo. Radmila Hrustanović
Radmila Hrustanović ( sr-Cyrl, Радмила Хрустановић, or ; born 25 November 1952 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia) is a Serbian politician. Biography She finished primary and high schools in Belgrade and went on to graduate from the University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Law. She had been a practising attorney-at-law for eight years, and was employed with the Federal Executive Council for 14 years. Mato Tadić
Mato Tadić (born 15 August 1952 in Vuksic, Brčko) is a former judge of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He declared ethnic affiliation as a Bosnian Croat. Biography Tadić graduated from the Sarajevo Law School and began his career with the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Brčko, first as a law-clerk and, after passing the bar exam in 1978, as deputy public prosecutor and then public prosecutor. In 1991, Tadić was appointed as deputy public prosecutor of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He remained in that position until the outbreak of war. Sarajevo Canton
The Sarajevo Canton, officially the Canton of Sarajevo (; ; ), is one of the ten cantons of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Its cantonal seat is the city of Sarajevo, also the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Canton represents the metro area of Sarajevo. Mario Nenadić
Mario Nenadić (born 25 March 1964) is a Bosnian politician who served as Premier of Sarajevo Canton from 2020 to 2021. He is a member of the Union for a Better Future. Early life and education Nenadić was born in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia on 25 March 1964. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo. Krešimir Zubak
Krešimir Zubak (; born 25 January 1947) is a Bosnian Croat politician who served as the 1st Croat member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1996 to 1998. At the beginning of the Bosnian War in 1992, he joined the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ BiH). After Mate Boban left the position of president of the Croatian Republic of Herzeg-Bosnia, Zubak succeeded him. Under Zubak, the Croatian Defence Council and Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina established peaceful relations and the Washington agreement was signed. Jasmin Imamović
Jasmin Imamović (born 8 October 1957) is a Bosnian politician and writer serving as member of the national House of Representatives since 2022. He previously served as the 31st mayor of Tuzla from 2001 to 2022. Imamović is a member of the Social Democratic Party and holds a degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Sarajevo. Hatidža Hadžiosmanović (19 August 1938 – 23 December 2015) was a Bosnian judge, member and president of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bisera Turković
Bisera Turković (; born 8 December 1954) is a Bosnian diplomat and politician who served as Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2019 to 2023. She was the first female foreign minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Born in Sisak in 1954, Turković holds a degree in law from the University of Sarajevo and a bachelor in Criminal Justice Administration from the Phillip Institute of Technology.
