FIVB Women's Volleyball Club World Championship
The FIVB Women's Volleyball Club World Championship is an international women's club volleyball competition organised by the ''Fédération Internationale de Volleyball'' (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. The competition was first contested in 1991 in Brazil. It was not held between 1995 and 2009, but since 2010, the competition has been held every year, and has been hosted by Qatar, Switzerland, the Philippines, Japan, China and Turkey. The competition was held in Zhejiang Province of China in 2018 and 2019. After the 2020 championship was cancelled due to corona virus pandemic, the competition was held in Turkey in 2021. The current champions are Italy's Imoco Volley Conegliano, who defeated China's Tianjin Bohai Bank 3–0 in the final of the 2024 edition, to win their third title in the competition. Minas Tênis Clube
Minas Tênis Clube (short, just ''Minas'') is a social, recreational and sports club from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. By 2013, it has more than 73,000 members. Its patrimony comprises two urban units, the Minas I and Minas II, and two country units, Minas Country and Minas Tênis Náutico Clube. Telekom Baku
Telekom Baku (formerly named Rabita Baku) was an Azerbaijani women's volleyball club. Telekom was an eight-time champion of Azerbaijani Superleague and the winner of the 2011 FIVB Club World Championship. History The Rabita Bank was founded in 2001 as Rabitachi Baku, and then took Rabita Baku in 2004. Club participated for the first time in an official competition in the European CEV Cup 2007–08, but was eliminated immediately by OK Hit Nova Gorica. Mirador Volleyball
The Mirador Sport and Cultural Center or simply Mirador is a women's volleyball club, based in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic. History The team was found 1970. With the help of Cosiri Rodríguez, who became the "Most Valuable Player" at the 2004 Distrito Nacional Superior Tournament, Mirador win the 9th consecutive and 23rd Championship, defeating Los Cachorros in the 7th game of the final series. The team won in 2006 its 24th title at the Distrito Nacional Volleyball Tournament. Mirador participated as ''CDN Mirador'' (Centro Deportivo Nacional and Mirador) at the 2008 edition of the Salonpas Cup finishing in 5th place. Bethania de la Cruz earned the Best Attacker award.
