Basketball is a sport with five players on the court for each team at a time. Each player is assigned to different positions defined by the strategic role they play. Jerzy Elaine Robinson (born September 11, 2008) is an American basketball player who attends Sierra Canyon. She is considered the No. 1 recruit in the class of 2026. High school career Robinson attended Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona her freshman year, where she averaged 22.0 points and 8.2 rebounds per game on 62% shooting. The 2024 FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup (Spanish: Copa Mundial de Baloncesto Femenino Sub-17 FIBA 2024) was the eighth edition of the FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup, the biennial international women's youth basketball championship. The tournament was hosted in Mexico from 13 to 21 July 2024. This marked the first time that Mexico had host a FIBA global tournament. It was also the first time the tournament was held outside of Europe. To be eligible for this competition, players must be born on or after 1 January 2007.
