ETO FC Győr (women's Team)
ETO FC Győr is a Women's association football, women's football club based in Győr, Győr, Hungary, that plays in Női NB I, the top-level women's football league in Hungary. Club history The club was established before the 2000/2001 season. The club was a spiritual successor to Mottó FC-Győr, a former second division club, and ETO's original colors were yellow and blue after this club. It is part of the Győri ETO FC, men's club of the same name. In 2017, the team reached the final of the Hungarian Women's Cup, Hungarian Cup, where they lost to Ferencvárosi TC (women's football), Ferencváros. The club won their first trophy in 2022, beating Haladás-Viktoria FC, Haladás-Viktória 1–0. They repeated as cup winners in 2023 with a 4–1 win over Puskás Akadémia FC, Puskás Académia. Női NB I
The Női NB I (, for "Women's National Championship"), also known as the Simple by DTP Női Liga for sponsorship reasons, is the top-level women's association football, women's football league in Hungary. Organized by the Hungarian Football Federation, it features twelve teams. The champion qualifies for a spot in the UEFA Women's Champions League. Format From 2007–08 to 2009–10 eight teams played two double round-robin tournament, round-robins (so 28 matches) to decide the champion. For the 2010–11 season the league was extended to ten teams and a playoff system was adopted. After the regular season, which was reduced to a double round-robin tournament, the top 5 teams qualified for the championship playoff. At the start of the playoff the results against the teams failing to reach the championship playoff are subtracted. ETO FC Győr (''Egyetértés Torna Osztály Futball Club Győr''; ''Concordance Gymnastics Department Football Club of Győr'') or just ETO is a Hungarian professional football club from the city of Győr. ETO Park
ETO Park is a multi-use stadium in Győr, Hungary. It is primarily used for football and is home to Győri ETO. Opened in 2008 as a replacement for Stadion ETO, the stadium has a capacity of 15,600. The stadium complex also includes three grass practice pitches and one synthetic practice pitch, as well as two indoor pitches.
