EG Group
EG Group Limited is a British operator of filling stations, convenience stores and Fast-food restaurant, food service providers across Europe, the United States and Australia. It was founded in Blackburn in 2001 by brothers Mohsin and Zuber Issa, initially as Euro Garages. In October 2015, private equity firm TDR Capital purchased a minority stake in Euro Garages for £1.3 billion. In October 2016, TDR's European Forecourt Retail Group (EFR) merged with Euro Garages to form Intervias Group, which would later be renamed to EG Group. The group's acquisitions have been largely funded by debt, with a net debt of nearly £8 billion in March 2023. Since early 2023, the group has sold its U.S. forecourts in a sale-and-leaseback deal, as well as sold most of its UK assets to Asda, Zuber Issa (as EG On the Move) and Yum! Evil Geniuses (EG) is an American esports organization based in Seattle, Washington (state), Washington. Enskilda Gymnasiet (EG) is an independent secondary school from the 10th-12th grade and school from the 7th-9th grade, founded in 1913. Enskilda Gymnasiet is located at {{ill, Tegnérlunden 5, sv near Tegnérlunden, in central Stockholm, Sweden. Based on standardised national tests, the school usually ranks amongst the highest in Sweden. The school has about 500 students in total. For upper secondary school students, Enskilda Gymnasiet offers the Social Science Programme and the Natural Science Programme. Electric Gardens, (Electric Gardens Festival), sometimes abbreviated to 'EGFestival', or 'EGFest', or sometimes simply 'EG', was a medium-sized 'Boutique' Music Festival situated at Mount Ephraim, Faversham in Kent. The event was held on a weekend in early August in 2006 and 2007. Electric Gardens 2008 was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In February 2008 a key player in organising the event was taken to hospital with a life-threatening illness. With no foreseeable date as to when he would be allowed home, let alone back to work, the organisers were forced to cancel. In 2016, Electric Gardens Festival was launched in Sydney, Australia - only connected in name to the original festival in the UK. (JAA) was a subsidiary of Japan Airlines (JAL) founded due to the legal status of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and territory disputes with the People's Republic of China in order to allow Japan Airlines to continue flying to Taiwan from Japan. JAA was headquartered in the Japan Airlines Building in Shinagawa, Tokyo.
