Bertha Elisa Noeggerath Cárdenas, better known as Dulce,Arritola, Miguel ÁngelBio, sitio oficial de Dulce, revisado el February 25, 2012. She began her musical career there with the band Toby and his friends on September 15, 1974. Later, with the support of the singer José José, she began working as a soloist in Mexico City. Matamoros, officially known as Heroica Matamoros, is a city in the northeastern Mexican state of Tamaulipas, and the municipal seat of the homonymous municipality. It is on the southern bank of the Rio Grande, directly across the border from Brownsville, Texas, United States. Matamoros is the second largest city in the state of Tamaulipas. Nuevo León () is a state in the northeast region of Mexico.
