Diving At The 2019 World Aquatics Championships
Diving at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships was held from 12 to 20 July 2019. Events The following events were contested: *1 m springboard *3 m springboard *10 m platform *3 m springboard synchronized *10 m platform synchronized *3 m springboard mixed synchronized *10 m platform mixed synchronized *Team event Individual events consisted of preliminaries, semifinals and finals. The order of divers in the preliminary round was determined by computerized random selection, during the technical meeting. The 18 divers with the highest scores in the preliminaries proceed to the semifinals. The semifinal consisted of the top 18 ranked divers from the preliminary competition and the final consisted of the top 12 ranked divers from the semifinal. Schedule 13 events were held. Gwangju

Delaney Schnell (born December 21, 1998) is an American diver. In the 10 meter platform, she won a bronze medal at the 2019 World Aquatics Championships. In the 10 meter synchronized platform, she won silver medals at the 2020 Summer Olympics and 2022 World Aquatics Championships as well as a bronze medal at the 2019 Pan American Games. In the 10 meter mixed synchronized platform, she won a bronze medal at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships. She competes collegiately for the University of Arizona. Chen Yuxi
Chen Yuxi (; 11 September 2005) is a Chinese diver. Early life Chen was born on 11 September 2005 to a family with gymnastics background. Her grandfather, Chen Xinxi, was a former gymnast. Her father, Chen Jian, is a gymnastics coach at the Shanghai Youth Sports School in Xuhui District, while her mother, Dong Chunhua, is an associate professor in the gymnastics teaching and research section at the Shanghai University of Sport. Sports career In 2008, she began to practice gymnastics and in 2011, she was selected by Shi Meiqin, the then Shanghai diving team leader, to practice diving. At the beginning of 2017, Chen entered the Shanghai diving team for training. Maddison Keeney (born 23 May 1996) is an Australian diver. She won a bronze medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, gold medals at the 2017 and 2019 World Aquatics Championships and 2022 Commonwealth Games, and silver medals at the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Commonwealth Games. Wang Han (; born 24 January 1991) is a retired Chinese diver who specialises in the 1 meter and 3 meter springboard events. Wang won a silver medal in the 1 meter springboard event at the 2011 World Aquatics Championships. Early life Wang was born on 24 January 1991 in Baoding, Hebei. Shi Tingmao (; born 31 August 1991) is a Chinese diver representing Chongqing diving team. She has been dominant in the 3 metre springboard events in the 2010s. High school career Having begun diving since 2004, her first major competitive accomplishments came in 2014 when she was named the NISCA All-American Champion, and that same year won 1st place in both the 1-meter and 3-meter springboard events at the 2014 Junior National Diving Championships, as well as the 1-meter event at the AT&T Senior National Diving Championships, and would be named team captain for the FINA World Junior Diving Championships. Chen Yiwen (; born 15 June 1999) is a Chinese diver. Early life Born on 1999, Chen's father was from Hainan, while her mother was from Zhanjiang, Guangdong. When she was almost nine years old, she went to Guangdong for training and entered sports school in Chikan District of Zhanjiang to begin training for her diving career. Matthew Lee (born 5 March 1998) is a British diver and Olympic gold medallist.
