"Don't Tell Me You're Sorry" is a song by British pop group S Club 8, released as the third and final single from their second album, '' Sundown'' (2003). It was released on 29 December 2003 and was the group's last release under the S Club name. The song peaked at number 11 on the UK Singles Chart, their first single to miss the top 10 in the country. The song was given a new mix for release, the single release having a 1970s club vibe where the album version included more of an R&B influence. Composition Stacey McClean sings the first verse, a backing vocal in the second verse, leads every chorus, and sings the fourth verse along with Aaron. Rochelle Wiseman sings the second verse. S Club 8
S Club 8 (originally S Club Juniors) were a spin off of the British pop music, pop group S Club, S Club 7. The children were all in their early teens or younger when they were chosen from thousands of hopefuls on the television series ''S Club Search'' to appear as a support act for pop band S Club 7. S Club Juniors were originally intended only as a support act at Wembley Arena for the S Club Carnival Tour but were deemed so successful that they went on to support S Club 7 throughout every British date of the tour. They later released their own debut single, "One Step Closer (S Club Juniors song), One Step Closer", followed by other singles "Automatic High", "New Direction (song), New Direction" and "Puppy Love/Sleigh Ride". Frankie Bridge
Francesca Bridge ( Sandford, born 14 January 1989) is an English singer, formerly a member of S Club Juniors and a member of girl group the Saturdays. Bridge began her career at just 12 years old, when she auditioned for Simon Fuller's reality television competition ''S Club Search'' in 2001, broadcast on CBBC (TV channel), CBBC. She successfully auditioned and won a place in the pop group S Club Juniors. Bridge and the rest of the group then starred in their own reality TV show ''S Club 8, S Club Juniors: The Story''. Together with the band, Bridge successfully released seven singles and two albums. Whilst in the group, she made an appearance in S Club 7's TV show ''Viva S Club''. The group then began featuring in their own children's musical television programme ''I Dream''.
