Dolce (album)
''Dolce'' is the sixth studio album Japanese singer Ami Suzuki. Avex Trax released it in Japan on February 6, 2008, in a variety of formats. Max Matsuura executive produced ''Dolce'', and is the second and final instalment of her "Join" series, which follows her previous album '' Connetta'' (2007). The "Join" series features a number of different producers and artists who worked together on various tracks from the album and appear as featured artists. Musically, ''Dolce'' is an upbeat dance record with house and j-pop influences. Japanese music magazine ''CDJournal'' gave ''Dolce'' a positive review, complimenting the album's sound and overall production. The album was commercially unsuccessful. In Japan, it peaked at number 26 on the Oricon Albums Chart, selling only 10,000 copies. Along with ''Connetta'', it is lowest-charting album in the country and her lowest-selling record to date. Dolce Ann Cabot (1862–1943) was a New Zealand journalist, newspaper editor, feminist, and teacher. She was probably the first woman in New Zealand to have been employed by a newspaper, editing the "Ladies' Page" of ''The Canterbury Times'' from May 1894. Biography Born in Christchurch on 25 November 1862, Dolce Ann Cabot was the daughter of Thomas Cabot, a farmer and teacher from Jersey, and his wife Louisa Augusta Kunkel of German extraction. She was brought up on the family farm at Otipua near Timaru where she was first educated privately. After spending two years at Christchurch Girls' High School (1878–80), she studied teacher training at Christchurch Normal School. Dolce Dell'Anguillara
Dolce II dell'Anguillara (also spelled degli Anguillara) (1401 – March 1449) was an Italians, Italian condottiero, a member of the Anguillara family of northern Lazio, brother of Everso II degli Anguillara, Everso II. In 1424 he fought against Jacopo Caldora, general of Braccio da Montone, in the battle of L'Aquila. In the 1430s he fought for Alfonso V of Aragon and for the Republic of Venice. In June 1442 Dolce was hired by Francesco Sforza to fight against the Pope, and two years later he crushed a Papal-Neapolitan force under Francesco Piccinino at battle of Montolmo, Montolmo. In 1446, after spurring the town of Nepi (VT), Nepi to rebellion, he was excommunicated by Pope Nicholas V, but he was pardoned soon afterwards. The following year he was again under Sforza, taking part in the Wars in Lombardy.
