The twentieth season of British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'' began on 3 January 1983 with the story ''Arc of Infinity'', and ended 16 March 1983 with '' The King's Demons''. Peter Davison
Peter Malcolm Gordon Moffett (born 13 April 1951), known professionally as Peter Davison, is an English actor. He made his television acting debut in 1975 and became famous in 1978 as Tristan Farnon in the BBC's television adaptation of James Herriot's ''All Creatures Great and Small (1978 TV series), All Creatures Great and Small'' stories. He subsequently played the Fifth Doctor, fifth incarnation of Doctor (Doctor Who), the Doctor in ''Doctor Who'' from 1981 to 1984. The Five Doctors
"The Five Doctors" is a special feature-length episode of the British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'', produced in celebration of the programme's 20th anniversary. It had its world premiere in the United States, on the Chicago PBS station WTTW and various other PBS member stations on 23 November 1983, the anniversary date. It was transmitted on BBC1 in the United Kingdom two days later. "The Five Doctors" was written by Terrance Dicks, who had been the script editor for the entirety of the Third Doctor's era and had written for the series since the 1960s. ''Terminus'' is the fourth serial of the Doctor Who (season 20), 20th season of the British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'', which was originally broadcast in four twice-weekly parts on BBC One, BBC1 from 15 to 23 February 1983. Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart
Sir Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart, generally referred to simply as the Brigadier, is a fictional character in the British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'', created by writers Mervyn Haisman and Henry Lincoln and played by Nicholas Courtney. Susan Foreman (also known as Susan Campbell in spin-off media) is a fictional character in the British science fiction on television, science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. Vislor Turlough
Vislor Turlough is a fictional character played by Mark Strickson in the long-running British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. He was a companion of the Fifth Doctor, being a regular in the programme from 1983 to 1984. Turlough is an alien from the planet Trion who seeks to kill the Fifth Doctor on orders from the antagonist known as the Black Guardian. Tegan Jovanka is a fictional character played by Janet Fielding in the long-running British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. An Australian airline stewardess and a native of Brisbane who was a companion of the Fourth and Fifth Doctors, she was a regular in the programme from 1981 to 1984. Nyssa is a fictional character in the long-running British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. She is played by Sarah Sutton. Although Nyssa was created by writer Johnny Byrne for the single Fourth Doctor serial ''The Keeper of Traken'', the production team subsequently decided she should be retained as a continuing character.
