Dobře Placená Procházka
''Dobře placená procházka'' (English title: ''A Walk Worthwhile'' or ''A Well Paid Walk'') is a Czech musical and film. History This "jazz opera" was written by Jiří Suchý and Jiří Šlitr. The play was directed by Ján Roháč, and had its premiere on 15 June 1965 at the Semafor Theatre. It was also performed at various theatres throughout Europe, in Finland, Belgium, and Yugoslavia. It was soon adapted into a popular television film. In 2007, the play was performed at the National Theatre (Prague), National Theatre in Prague. Jiří Suchý
Jiří Suchý (born 1 October 1931) is a Czechs, Czech comedian, poet, lyricist, prolific songwriter and occasional film-maker and prose writer. Plenty of his songs have become extremely popular within several successive generations. Currently he is the owner of the theatre Semafor (theater), Semafor in Prague where he has performed for several decades and which he helped to establish in 1959. He used to write and perform within an artistic couple with Jiří Šlitr, together they wrote the jazz opera ''A Walk Worthwhile''. After the death of Šlitr in December 1969, Suchy formed a new duo with the actress Jitka Molavcová. Petr Wajsar
Petr Wajsar (born 14 November 1977) is a Czech composer. His work has been performed by the Czech Philharmonic, the Berg Orchestra, and the Prague Symphony Orchestra. He is also known for composing the soundtrack for the 2024 video game expansion '' Factorio: Space Age''. Career Wajsar's music has been performed by the Berg Orchestra. In 2015, under the direction of Peter Vrábel, they performed Wajsar's ''Lime sinfonietta'', an audio-visual collaboration with filmmakers Marek Bures and Michael Gahut, at the Prague Spring International Music Festival. In 2016, the Czech Philharmonic performed Wajsar's "Four Angry Men and an Orchestra" at their annual open air concert, a piece featuring bassoons.
