Dive!!
''Dive!'' (stylized as ''DIVE!!'') is a Japanese novel series written by Eto Mori and published in four volumes by Kodansha between August 2000 and August 2002. A manga adaptation, in collaboration with Masahiro Ikeno, was serialized in Shogakukan's ''Weekly Shōnen Sunday'' between June 2007 and June 2008. A live-action film premiered in June 2008. Another manga adaptation, in collaboration with Ruzuru Akashiba, was serialized in Kadokawa Shoten's ''Young Ace'' between June 2017 and August 2018. An anime television series by Zero-G aired on Fuji TV's Noitamina programming block from July to September 2017. Plot The story centers on the Mizuki Diving Club (MDC) member Tomoki Sakai. The MDC has fallen on hard times, and their sponsors are preparing to pull their support. They promise to give the club another year of support if the new coach, Kayoko Asaki, can get one of the members into the Olympics in a year's time. Takumi Kitamura
is a Japanese actor, singer, and model. He is represented by Stardust Promotion's Section 3. He is the leader of Stardust's music collective Ebidan unit Dish. As a member of Dish, he is nicknamed Takumi, stylized as TAKUMI. Biography Kitamura was born on 3 November 1997, in Tokyo. He was scouted by Stardust Promotion when he was in third grade of elementary school. His first singing debut was "Risu ni Koi Shita Shōnen" in the NHK series ''Minna no Uta'' in February and March 2008. Later in June Kitamura's first film appearance was ''Dive!!''. Noitamina
is a Japanese programming block on Fuji Television devoted to anime, originally broadcast every Thursday late night/Friday morning from 0:45 to 1:15 JST. It was launched with the intention of expanding the target audience beyond the typical young male demographic. The block debuted in April 2005 as a half-hour block. All anime production under the block are joint-venue by Fuji TV, Dentsu and usually Sony Music Entertainment Japan or its subsidiary Aniplex. The timeslot was expanded from a half hour to a full hour in 2010, and airs Thursday nights/Friday morning on 0:45 to 1:45 JST, but returned to half an hour timeslot in 2015 due to 5 Noitamina-produced films to be shown in Japanese theaters in the same year. Eto Mori
Eto Mori (, born 1968) is a Japanese novelist focusing on children's and young adult literature. She has been described as "one of the most celebrated female writers of fiction in Japan today". Mori was born in Tokyo, and graduated from the Japan Juvenile Education College and Waseda University. She released her debut novel, ''Rizumu'' (''Rhythm''), in 1990, winning the Kodansha Award of Children's Literature for Newcomers. Kohta Yamamoto
(stylized in all caps) is a Japanese composer, arranger, and lyricist who has worked on the soundtrack of many anime series.
