Dáithí Ó Conaill
Dáithí Ó Conaill (English: ''David O'Connell'') (May 1938 – 1 January 1991) was an Irish republican, a member of the IRA Army Council of the Provisional IRA, and vice-president of Sinn Féin and Republican Sinn Féin. He was also the first chief of staff of the Continuity IRA, from its founding in 1986 until his death in 1991. He is credited with introducing the car bomb to Northern Ireland. Joins IRA Ó Conaill was born in Cork in 1938. His uncle Michael O'Sullivan, a member of the 1st Cork Brigade of the Irish Republican Army, was killed by the Black and Tans on 23 March 1921 during the Irish War of Independence. After his vocational school education, he trained as a woodwork teacher in a college in County Wexford. He had a wife (Deirdre), a son (Feargal) and two daughters (Ciara and Díóg). David Paul Maskinbak O'Connell (born June 3, 1940) is a North Dakota Democratic-NPL Party politician who represented the 6th district in the North Dakota Legislative Assembly from 1983 to 2016. He served as North Dakota Senate Minority Leader from 1989 to 2011, eventually stepping down from party leadership to spend more time with his wife, who was having health problems at the time. Before serving in the Senate, he was a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1983 through 1988. O'Connell serves on the board of directors for the North Central Electric Cooperative North Central Electric Cooperative is a rural electric cooperative based in Bottineau, North Dakota. David John Haskins (born 24 April 1957, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England), better known as David J, is a British alternative rock musician, producer, and writer. He is the bassist for the gothic rock band Bauhaus and for Love and Rockets. He has composed the scores for a number of plays and films, and also wrote and directed his own plays, ''Silver for Gold (The Odyssey of Edie Sedgwick)'', in 2008, which was restaged at REDCAT in Los Angeles in 2011, and ''The Chanteuse and The Devil's Muse'' in 2011. His artwork has been shown in galleries internationally, and he has been a resident DJ at venues such as the Knitting Factory. David O'Connell (footballer)
David O'Connell (born 22 June 1963) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the West Coast Eagles and Fitzroy in the Victorian/Australian Football League (VFL/AFL). A Western Australian interstate representative, O'Connell played most of his football as a ruckman and forward. He came from a footballing family and started out at Claremont, his father John's club, before joining brother Michael at the West Coast Eagles. O'Connell had his best season in 1989 when he put together 18 games and had the second most hit-outs by an Eagles player behind Phil Scott.
