Daniel 'Dani' García Carrillo (born 24 May 1990) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Super League Greece club Olympiacos. He spent the vast majority of his professional career with Eibar since joining in 2012 (initially on loan), representing the club in all three major levels of Spanish football and playing 224 competitive matches. In 2018, he signed with Athletic Bilbao, where he made 195 appearances and won the 2023–24 Copa del Rey and the 2021 Supercopa de España. Segunda División B (English: second division B) was the third tier of the Spanish football league system containing 102 teams divided into five groups, until it was replaced by the new structure in 2021. It was administered by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. Cantera, literally meaning "quarry" in Spanish, is a term used in Spain to refer to youth academies and farm teams organized by sports clubs. It is also used to refer to the geographical area that clubs recruit players from. The term is widely used in football but is also applied to other sports, such as basketball. This article, however, is about the football ''canteras''. Notable canteras include those of Athletic Bilbao, Real Sociedad, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Espanyol, Sporting de Gijón, Celta de Vigo, Valencia and Osasuna.
