D'Autray is a regional county municipality in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada. Its seat is Berthierville. The municipality has a land area of 1,249.30 km2 and its population was 42,189 inhabitants as of the 2016 Census. Its largest community is the city of Lavaltrie. Regional County Municipality
The term regional county municipality or RCM (''french: municipalité régionale de comté, MRC'') is used in Quebec, Canada to refer to one of 87 county-like political entities. In some older English translations they were called county regional municipality. Regional county municipalities are a supralocal type of regional municipality, and act as the local municipality in Unorganized area#Quebec, unorganized territories within their borders. The system of regional county municipalities was introduced beginning in 1979 to replace the List of former counties of Quebec, historic counties of Quebec. In most cases, the territory of an RCM corresponds to that of a Census geographic units of Canada, census division; however, there are a few exceptions. Mandeville, Quebec
Mandeville is a municipality in the D'Autray Regional County Municipality in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada. Topography Prior to June 2, 2001, it was officially known as Saint-Charles-de-Mandeville. The town itself is located along the Mastigouche River, just north of Lake Maskinongé. The municipal territory is dotted with lakes, many of which are lined with cottages. The northern portion is undeveloped and part of the Mastigouche Wildlife Reserve. Sainte-Geneviève-de-Berthier is a municipality in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada, part of the D'Autray Regional County Municipality. It is crossed by the river La Chaloupe. The Saint-Joseph River also passes over 2.1 km in the southwestern part of the municipal territory. Saint-Ignace-de-Loyola is a municipality in the Lanaudière region of Quebec, Canada, part of the D'Autray Regional County Municipality. Its territory is located on 33 of the Sorel Islands in the Saint Lawrence River where it flows into Lac Saint-Pierre, the largest of which are ''île Madame'', ''île aux Ours'', and ''La Grande Île''.
