College of Alameda is a public community college in Alameda, California. It is part of the Peralta Community College District and was opened in 1968. Since 1970 the college has held classes on a 62-acre campus at the intersection of Webster Street and Ralph Appezzato Memorial Parkway in Alameda. The Alameda Unified School District serves Alameda, California, United States. The school district is a "unified" district (as of 1936), meaning that it includes K-8 schools and high schools in the same jurisdiction. School description Alameda Science and Technology Institute is located on the campus of the College of Alameda in Alameda's West End neighborhood.
