Chris Williamson (politician)
Christopher Williamson (born 16 September 1956) is a British politician who was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Derby North from 2010 to 2015 and again from 2017 to 2019. He was Shadow Minister for Communities and Local Government from October 2010 to October 2013. Williamson was previously a local councillor in Derby, representing the Normanton ward from 1991 until 2011 and serving twice as leader of Derby City Council. In February 2019, Williamson was notified of a formal investigation and later suspended from the Labour Party for his comments about the party's response to criticism over its handling of allegations of antisemitism within the party. After an investigation, Williamson was reinstated in June 2019 with a formal warning but was resuspended two days later when the party decided to review the disciplinary decision. Chris Williamson (born May 5, 1972) is a Canadian alpine skier and Paralympic Champion. His fatherPeter was a speed skater for Canada in the 1968 Winter Olympics and subsequently coached stars such as Mike Ireland and Clara Hughes. Williamson competed in the 2010 Winter Paralympics in Vancouver, Canada. He became 4th in the Giant Slalom, 6th in the Slalom, 4th in the Super combined, visually impaired, and 6th in the Super-G, visually impaired. Chris Williamson (born May 19, 1997) is an American football cornerback who is a free agent. He played college football at Minnesota, and was selected by the New York Giants in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions, and Tennessee Titans. College career Williamson was rated as a 4-star recruit by Rivals, and a 3-star recruit by ESPN and 247 coming out of high school in the class 2015. He played wide receiver and defensive back in high school, but played defense at Florida. After playing in 14 games with 1 start, and making 5 tackles over his first two seasons with the Gators, Williamson transferred to the University of Minnesota. He sat out a year in 2017, in compliance with NCAA transfer rules. Chris Williamson (born 6 May 1987), better known by his stage name Crissy Criss, is a British DJ, radio producer and presenter, who was part of the BBC Radio network BBC Radio 1Xtra. He has also worked under the moniker Dead Exit. Crissy Criss is the stepson of Kenny Ken and was born in Newmarket, Suffolk and raised in Leytonstone.
