''Changes'' is the second studio album from American R&B artist Christopher Williams, released on December 29, 1992 on Uptown Records. The album peaked at sixty-three on the U.S. ''Billboard'' 200 and reached the twelfth spot on the R&B Albums chart. Riding the waves of his #1 single, " I'm Dreamin', he would see another Top 10 single " Every Little Thing U Do" and a Top 20 R&B hit, " All I See". Christopher Williams (singer)
Christopher Williams is an American singer and former actor. Williams, who emerged during the late 1980s as a recording artist for Geffen Records, has scored many R&B hit singles, notably "Talk to Myself" (1989), "I'm Dreamin'" (1991) and " Every Little Thing U Do" (1993). Career Music The single "I'm Dreamin'", from the ''New Jack City'' soundtrack, became a No. 1 single on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks charts. After a six-year hiatus from recording music, he returned to the scene with ''Real Men Do'' on the indie label Renegade, in 2001. It received a glowing, flattering review in ''Ebony Magazine'' that summer. In between solo pursuits, he has been a contributor to Alex Bugnon's "As Promised", with a smooth-jazz version of Mary J. It catalogs more than three million album entries and 30 million tracks, as well as information on musicians and bands. The Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart ranks the most popular R&B and hip hop songs in the United States and is published weekly by '' Billboard''. In the issue dated March 16, 1985, ''Billboard'' magazine debuted its first chart devoted exclusively to 12-inch Singles Sales. The 50-position weekly ranking joined ''Billboard''s established Club Songs chart, reduced to the same 50 positions, both under the title Hot Dance/Disco. A coupling from MCA Records' ''Beverly Hills Cop'' soundtrack, Patti LaBelle's " New Attitude" and Harold Faltermeyer's "Axel F", held the No. 1 slot for the chart's first week and was also No. 1 for the second consecutive week on the most played dance/disco chart. On June 20, 1992, the chart was renamed Maxi-Singles Sales, then simply Dance Singles Sales on March 1, 2003. The ''Billboard'' Hot 100 is the music industry standard record chart in the United States for songs, published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. Chart rankings are based on sales (physical and digital), radio play, and online streaming in the United States. The weekly tracking period for sales was initially Monday to Sunday when Nielsen started tracking sales in 1991, but was changed to Friday to Thursday in July 2015. This tracking period also applies to compiling online streaming data. Radio airplay, which, unlike sales figures and streaming, is readily available on a real-time basis, is also tracked on a Friday to Thursday cycle effective with the chart dated July 17, 2021 (previously Monday to Sunday and before July 2015, Wednesday to Tuesday). Case Woodard (born October 4, 1975), known mononymously as Case, is an American singer, songwriter, record producer and actor. He is best known for the 1990s hits " Touch Me, Tease Me" (featuring Foxy Brown and Mary J. Blige), " Happily Ever After" and "The Best Man I Can Be" (with Ginuwine, R.L. and Tyrese), as well as the early 2000s hits " Missing You" and " Livin' It Up" with Ja Rule. Kenny Greene (January 17, 1969 – October 1, 2001) was an American singer-songwriter who was also a member of the R&B group Intro. Career As a member of the R&B group Intro, Greene wrote and produced many of the group's tracks and was lead vocalist. He also wrote many songs for other artists, such as Mary J. Blige's " Reminisce" and " Love No Limit." For his work with Blige, Greene won the Songwriter of the Year award from the American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers'. Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums is a music chart published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine that ranks R&B and hip hop albums based on sales in the United States and is compiled by Nielsen SoundScan. The chart debuted as Hot R&B LPs in the issue dated January 30, 1965 in an effort by the magazine to further expand into the field of rhythm and blues music. It then went through several name changes, being known as Soul LPs in the 1970s and Top Black Albums in the 1980s, before returning to the R&B identification in 1990 and affixing a hip hop designation in 1999 to reflect the latter's growing sales and relationship to R&B during the decade.
