The Adelaide Thunderbirds Futures is an netball in Australia, Australian netball team that represents Netball South Australia in the Australian Netball League. In 2008 they were founder members of the ANL. Between 2008 and 2011 they played as South Australia. After rebranding to the Southern Force, the team was ANL champions in 2012 and 2022 and were runners-up in 2015. The Adelaide Thunderbirds Futures are effectively the representative team of the Netball South Australia Premier League and the reserve team of Adelaide Thunderbirds. Dan Ryan is an Netball in Australia, Australian netball player, coach, sports journalist and broadcaster. He is currently the head coach of the West Coast Fever in the Australian Suncorp Super Netball competition. He was head coach of Manchester Thunder during the 2016 Netball Superleague season when they finished top of the table during the regular season and runners up in the 2016 Netball Superleague Grand Final, grand final. Cathrine Tuivaiti (née Latu; born 25 October 1986) is a netball international who has played for Samoa, New Zealand and Tonga. She represented Samoa at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and the 2007 World Netball Championships, New Zealand at the 2014 Commonwealth Games and Tonga at the 2023 Netball World Cup. Beth Cobden (born 3 February 1993) is an England netball international. She was a member of the England teams that won gold medals at the 2017 Fast5 Netball World Series and the 2018 Commonwealth Games. At club level, she was a member of the Northern Thunder/Manchester Thunder teams that won Netball Super League titles in 2012 and 2014. Adelaide Arena (known commercially as Adelaide 36ers Arena) is a multipurpose indoor sports stadium located in Findon, an inner western suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It is the former home arena for the Adelaide 36ers of the NBL and the current home arena of the Adelaide Lightning of the Women's National Basketball League (WNBL). Maddy Turner (born 17 December 1995) is an Australian netball player in the Suncorp Super Netball league, playing for the New South Wales Swifts. Turner was born in Adelaide and her first name is actually Madeleine. She grew up playing netball at an elite level, representing Australia at under 17, 19 and 21 level and featuring in the South Australia National Under-21 Championships in 2015. Samantha Poolman (born 4 March 1991), also known as Sam Poolman, is a former Australian netball player. Between 2010 and 2015, Poolman played for NNSW Blues, NNSW Waratahs and Southern Force in the Australian Netball League.
