S.C. Covilhã
Sporting Clube da Covilhã, commonly known as just Sporting da Covilhã or Sp. Covilhã, is a Portuguese association football, football club from the city of Covilhã that plays in the third-tier Liga 3 (Portugal), Liga 3. The club was founded on 2 June 1923 and became the branch number 8 of Sporting CP, Sporting Clube de Portugal (Sporting CP). Their nickname is the ''Leões da Serra'', meaning "Lions of the Mountain Range," due to Covilhã's location in the Serra de Estrela, the highest mountains in Portugal. Their home ground is Estádio Municipal José dos Santos Pinto, located at approximately 900 m of altitude. However, the team plays also at the newer stadium of Complexo Desportivo da Covilhã, also in Covilhã, which holds a capacity of 3,000 spectators. Their current chairman is Marco Peba and current manager is Francisco Chaló. Félix Mourinho
José Manuel Mourinho Félix (12 February 1938 – 25 June 2017), known as Félix Mourinho, was a Portuguese football goalkeeper and manager. Playing career Mourinho was born in Ferragudo, Faro District, Algarve. He played 19 seasons as a professional, making his Primeira Liga debut in 1955–56 with Vitória de Setúbal. He spent 13 campaigns with the Sado River side, helping them to win two Portuguese Cups and appearing in as many Inter-Cities Fairs Cup editions. Before 1968–69 started, Mourinho signed for fellow top-division club Belenenses, finishing in a personal best-ever second position in his fifth season – with the subsequent qualification for the UEFA Cup – and retiring in June of the following year at the age of 36. Filipe André Paula da Rocha (born 19 May 1972), known as Filó, is a Portuguese former footballer who played as a centre-back, and a current manager. He played mostly for Espinho, while also representing Paços de Ferreira in the Primeira Liga and Penafiel in the second tier. As a manager, he briefly led Paços in the top flight in 2019, and worked with seven teams in the second division. Eduardo José Gomes Cameselle Mendez (18 January 1962 – 3 September 2020), known as Dito, was a Portuguese football central defender and manager. Playing career Club Dito was born in Barcelos. He appeared in 358 Primeira Liga matches over 16 professional seasons, starting his career with S.C. Braga for which he was already an important first-team member at the age of 18, and signing for S.L. Benfica in 1986 after six years in Minho. Francisco Alexandre Lacerda Chaló (born 10 February 1964) is a Portuguese Manager (association football), football manager and former Football player, footballer.
