Aleksandr Anatolyevich Matovnikov (; born 19 September 1965) is a Russian politician and lieutenant general who is currently the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces of the Russian Federation since 22 January 2020. Lieutenant general (Lt Gen, LTG and similar) is a military rank used in many countries. Colonel General Rustam Usmanovich Muradov (; born 21 March 1973) is a Russian Ground Forces officer. In December 2024 he was appointed Chief of the Main Staff and First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces. Andrey Nikolayevich Mordvichev (; born 14 January 1976) is a Russian colonel general who has been Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Ground Forces since 2025. He previously commanded the Central Military District and the "Center" group of forces during the Russian invasion of Ukraine from 2023 to 2025.
