Gary Ridgway
Gary Leon Ridgway (born February 18, 1949), known as the Green River Killer or the Green River Strangler, is an American serial killer who was convicted of murdering forty-nine women between 1982 and 1998 in the northwestern United States. At the time of his arrest in 2001, he was believed to be the List of serial killers in the United States, most prolific serial killer in United States history according to confirmed murders. Most of Ridgway's victims were alleged sex workers or other women in vulnerable circumstances, including underage runaway (dependent), runaways. Joan Roís De Corella
Joan Roís de Corella (; Gandia or Valencia, 1435 – Valencia, 1497) was a Catalan language writer from the Kingdom of Valencia. He was born into a minor noble family of Aragonese origin in either Gandia or Valencia and apparently followed a career in the church. He may have been ordained as a priest, but apparently had two children. He is believed to have contributed to ''Tirant lo Blanc''. His other works, in prose and verse, included the ''Tragèdia de Caldesa'' and the ''Parlament en casa de Berenguer Mercader''. Juan Humberto Rois Zúñiga (December 25, 1958 – November 21, 1994, popularly known as Juancho Rois and nicknamed ''El Conejo'' (the rabbit) was a Colombian vallenato musician, accordionist, and composer. Sophie Rois (born 1961) is an Austrian actress who lives and works in Berlin. She has appeared in such films as ''Three'', ''180°'', ''Enemy at the Gates'' and television programmes such as ''Polizeiruf 110'' and ''Die kleine Monsterin'' (voice). Career Rois was born on 1 June 1961 in Ottensheim, Austria. From 1983 to 1986, she studied acting at the Max Reinhardt Seminar in Vienna. Early in her career, Rois was one of the few professional actors Christoph Schlingensief worked with. In Berlin, Rois worked at Volksbühne (1993–2017) and Deutsches Theater (2018–2022). Rose Connolly (born 1999/2000), known mononymously as Róis ( , , often capitalised RÓIS) is a composer, singer and multi-instrumentalist from County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. She is known for singing in a keening style, the traditional Irish lament. Early life Róis was born and grew up in County Fermanagh. She did not learn Irish until she was in college. Rois-bheinn is the joint highest hill in the Scottish region of Moidart, a title it shares with its neighbour Beinn Odhar Bheag, whose summit has the same elevation. Ross Lake () is a freshwater lake in the west of Ireland. It is part of the Lough Corrib catchment in County Galway. Geography Ross Lake measures about long and wide.
