Olympiacos swimming club is the swimming department of the major Greek multi-sport club, Olympiacos CFP, based in Piraeus, Greece. The department was founded in 1925, being one of the founding members of the Hellenic Swimming Federation. Olympiacos is the most successful team in the history of Greek swimming, having won a record 66 Greek League Championships, 9 Greek Open Water Championships, 4 Greek Cups (25m pool), 1 Panhellenic Masters Championship and 1 Greek Super Cup. The club's dominating success can be further evidenced by the fact that all other Greek swimming clubs have won a combined total of 34 Greek League titles. Olympiakos Nicosia (, ''Olympiakos Lefkosias'') is a Cypriot football club based in Nicosia and competes in the . The club was founded in 1931, and is a founding member of the Cyprus Football Association. The club colors are black and green. Olympiakos' home ground is the new GSP Stadium, which has a 23,000-seat capacity. The team's main nickname is "mavroprasini" (the green-blacks), and the club's other nickname is Taktakalas, derived from the area of Nicosia where the club hails from. Olympiacos (Wrestling)
Olympiacos Wrestling department was initially founded in 1934 and then reorganized in 1961. It was the first section in individual sports in Greece to win a European title, the CELA Cup in 2006. Olympiacos sailing department was established in 1949 and since then has won Olympic distinctions (three gold, one silver and two bronze medals), two gold medals in World Championships as well as one gold, two silver and one bronze medal in European Championships.
