Piedmont Heights (Duluth)
Piedmont Heights is a neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. Piedmont Avenue, Chambersburg Avenue, and Morris Thomas Road are three of the main routes in the community. The neighborhood is located between Haines Road and Skyline Parkway. Notes A small business district, as well as Piedmont Elementary School are centrally located in the neighborhood. Piedmont Heights also has a community center with two hockey rinks and a baseball field. The community center is also home to several local softball and hockey teams. The neighborhood is mostly suburban in character, with scenic views of the Duluth Harbor and the Saint Louis Bay. Miller Creek flows through at the eastern edge of the neighborhood. Gary – New Duluth is a neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. Although called ''Gary–New Duluth'' by most people in the area, and even identified by local traffic signs as such, the neighborhoods of Gary and New Duluth are two separate communities. Commonwealth Avenue (State Highway 23), Becks Road ( County Road 3), and Gary Street are three of the main routes in the community. The neighborhood of Gary begins as one enters under the railroad bridge on Commonwealth Avenue and ends at Gary Builders Supply. Fond du Lac is a neighborhood in Duluth, Minnesota, United States. Evergreen Memorial Highway ( State Highway 23) serves as a main route in the community. The eastern terminus of State Highway 210 is in the Fond du Lac neighborhood near the Saint Louis River bridge. Spirit Valley is a neighborhood and business district located within the West Duluth district of Duluth, Minnesota, United States. Many stores and businesses in the neighborhood are concentrated along Grand Avenue, Central Avenue, Ramsey Street, and Bristol Street. Denfeld (Duluth)
The Denfeld neighborhood is located within the West Duluth district of Duluth, Minnesota, United States. It consists mostly of closely spaced single-family residential homes, although a fair number of such houses have an area within the domicile registered as a rental unit. There are also a number of stores and businesses in the neighborhood concentrated along Grand Avenue.
