McClain County, Oklahoma
McClain County is a county located in south central Oklahoma. As of the 2020 census, the population was 41,662. Its county seat is Purcell. The county was named for Charles M. McClain County Courthouse
The McClain County Courthouse, on Courthouse Sq. in Purcell, Oklahoma, was built in 1928. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It was designed by architects Hawk & Parr.
