Nathan "The Hog" Hedge (born 28 May 1979, in Brisbane, Queensland) is a professional surfer raised on the Northern Sydney beach of Narrabeen. Having served his apprenticeship at the highly pressurised line-up of East Coast Australia's North Narrabeen, Nathan 'The Hog' Hedge has proven himself to be one of the areas most highly regarded sons. Andy Irons
Philip Andrew Irons (July 24, 1978November 2, 2010) was an American professional surfer. Irons began surfing with his brother Bruce Irons (surfer), Bruce on the shallow and dangerous waves of Kauai, Hawaii, before being spotted by a local surfboard brand and flown to North Shore (Oahu), North Shore, Oahu, Hawaii, to compete and develop his skill. Damien Hobgood is a professional surfer from Satellite Beach, Florida. He is known for having once held the highest two-wave grand final score in pro surfing by scoring 19.9 out of 20 at The Quiksilver Pro Fiji in 2004 until Kelly Slater eclipsed it the following year at Teahupo'o in the final with a perfect 20. Michael Lowe
Michael (Mike) Lowe FREng is a British mechanical engineer. Since 2019, he has been the Head of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London. He is a Professor in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), with particular interests in structure-guided ultrasound, wave theory, wave scattering, materials characterisation, and analytical and numerical modelling.
