Exo
Exo (; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean-Chinese boy band based in Seoul formed by SM Entertainment in 2011 and debuted in 2012. The group consists of nine members: Xiumin, Suho, Lay Zhang, Lay, Baekhyun, Chen (singer), Chen, Chanyeol, D.O. (entertainer), D.O., Kai (entertainer, born 1994), Kai and Sehun. They are noted for releasing music and performing extensively in Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Mandarin and Japanese. The group debuted with twelve members separated into Exo-K (Suho, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai and Sehun) and Exo-M (Xiumin, Lay, Chen, Kris Wu, Kris, Lu Han, Luhan and Huang Zitao, Tao). Members Kris, Luhan, and Tao departed the group individually amid legal battles with SM Entertainment in 2014 and 2015. Lay Zhang
Zhang Yixing (born Zhang Jiashuai ; ), known professionally as Lay Zhang or simply Lay, is a Chinese singer and actor. After participating in the Chinese talent show ''Star Academy'' in 2005, he became a member of the South Korean-Chinese boy band Exo and its Chinese sub-unit Exo-M under SM Entertainment in 2012. Park Chan-yeol (; born November 27, 1992), better known mononymously as Chanyeol, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, producer, actor and model. He is a member of the South Korean-Chinese boy group Exo, its sub-group Exo-K and sub-unit Exo-SC, and debuted as soloist on August 28, 2024, with his first extended play (EP) '' Black Out''. Oh Se-hun (; born April 12, 1994), known mononymously as Sehun, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, actor and dancer. He is a member of the South Korean-Chinese boy band Exo and its sub-unit Exo-SC. Overdose (EP)
''Overdose'' is the third extended play by South Korean-Chinese boy bands Exo-K and Exo-M. It was released by SM Entertainment and distributed by KT Music on 7 May 2014 in Korean and Chinese versions. It is preceded by their special EP album " Miracles in December" that was released in December 2013. This is the final release to include members Kris and Luhan before they left the group and filed lawsuits against SM Entertainment requesting contract termination. It is also the final album released by Exo-K and Exo-M. Background and release Exo-K and Exo-M's third EP was intended to be released on 21 April 2014, but its release was postponed due to the Sewol Ferry Disaster on 16 April. Exo-CBX () is the first sub-unit of South Korean–Chinese boy band Exo, consists of three members: Xiumin, Baekhyun, and Chen. Exo-SC (; stylized in all caps) is a South Korean hip hop duo and the second sub-unit of South Korean-Chinese boy band Exo, consisting of Chanyeol and Sehun. Their debut EP '' What a Life'' was released on July 22, 2019.
